Under the masterful hand of Executive Chef Frédéric Colin and Brasserie Les Saveurs Chef de Cuisine Jean-Marie Merret, both veterans of acclaimed two and three-Michelin-star restaurants in France.

AFTERNOON TEA & TEA DANCE
The weekly Afternoon Tea and Tea Dance embraces the elegance and timeless heritage of St. Regis. Lady Astor, found of St. Regis, frequently hosted afternoon teas as an opportunity for intimate gatherings with her closest associates. Today, afternoon tea remains a treasured fixture of the St. Regis experience.
Brasserie Les Saveurs rekindles the glamour and luxury of yesteryear with the launch of weekly Afternoon Tea & Tea Dances every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3pm – 5pm.
Members of high society can meet for conversations over a spread of delectable savories, freshly-baked scones with fresh cream and jam, classic finger sandwiches and decadent pastries.
Take to the dance-floor and waltz or tango, as a live orchestra provides the soundtrack to a delightful afternoon.
SUPPER CLUB:
Brasserie Les Saveurs is the destination for a magical evening, reminiscent of the luxury and romance of a supper club. Dine and dance in splendor at Brasserie Les Saveurs as you enjoy classic dining while being entertained by live orchestra, a perfect setting to rhumba, salsa or even foxtrot the evening away.
The Supper Club is perfect as an after-dinner destination to enjoy dessert and cocktails or for a late supper, followed by a night of dancing – a truly remarkable way to spend the evening at the close of a week.
The Supper Club is available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7pm to midnight.
