The highlight of our drinks list is the Chili Padi Mary, a local interpretation of the Bloody Mary, St. Regis' signature cocktail richly accentuated with Asian flavors. Nowhere else in Singapore will you enjoy your drink in crystal Esperienze glasses, the newest range from Italy's acclaimed Accademia Luigi Bormioli and designed by Venetian designer Federico DeMajo, for a completely innovative exploration in wine and cocktail appreciation.
Gourmets are not forgotten, as Les Saveurs' Executive Chef Frédéric Colin specially creates a menu of decadent canapés to complement the stylish cocktails, available throughout the day.
